FAQ

Are our biologics FDA approved? (We represent numerous biologics. They are not all the same.)

No. Our 3D UCT‑MSC and exosome products are manufactured in FDA‑registered, ISO‑compliant facilities under cosmetic good‑manufacturing practices, but they are not FDA‑approved drugs or biologics. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration states that exosome products intended to treat diseases or conditions in humans require FDA approval and “there are currently no FDA‑approved exosome products.” We strictly market our products for research or topical cosmetic use and do not make medical claims.

What makes 3D‑cultured MSCs better than traditional 2D?

Three‑dimensional culture mimics the body’s natural environment and dramatically increases exosome production and potency. In a hollow‑fiber 3D bioreactor, MSCs produced up to 19.4‑fold more exosomes than in a standard 2D flask, and the supernatants were 15.5‑fold more concentrated. 3D culture also allows continuous harvesting of exosomes, requires far fewer plastic flasks and less labor, and can produce an equivalent yield in less than 30 minutes per day. These 3D‑derived exosomes show superior uptake by target cells and stronger effects .compared with 2D exosomes.
These 3D-derived exosomes demonstrate superior biological signaling profiles and cellular uptake characteristics compared with 2D exosomes, supporting the enhanced potency behind our 3DExo+™ platform

Can I inject these biologics?

Our biologics are manufactured to pharmaceutical-grade quality standards, including sterility, endotoxin, and viability testing. They are labeled for topical and research use only. Any clinical application is at the sole discretion and professional responsibility of the licensed practitioner, in accordance with all applicable federal and state regulations.

Who are our products intended for?

Our biologics are supplied exclusively to licensed medical professionals. How products are used within a practitioner's clinical protocols is at their sole discretion and in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations. We do not advise on indications, applications, or patient protocols.

What does “xeno‑free ”mean?

“Xeno‑free” means that all components are derived from the same species (human) or are recombinant, so no animal‑derived ingredients such as fetal bovine serum are present. RegMedNet explains that xeno‑free media contain only proteins of human origin or recombinant quality. Using xeno‑free, serum‑free manufacturing reduces the risk of introducing foreign proteins or pathogens, making the product safer and more consistent for cosmetic or research use.

  • USE: Used by many doctors in... cosmetic and aesthetic medicine, orthopedics, and dermatology, hair restoration, and tissue repair. They are also being investigated for potential applications in cardiovascular, neurological, and organ-related diseases. (Note)
  • NOTE: We sell several variants of Exosomes & Stem Cells. Each has their own regulatory standards to be considered.
  • MSC Exosomes are becoming known as the cutting edge of regenerative medicine. Exosomes that are SAFE, PURE, and POTENT show zero side effects; can pass through the blood brain barrier; and are used by pro-athletes, ascetics, orthopedics, disease treatment, etc. (source)
  • Lipid Nanoparticles (LNPs) are not technically exosomes, although they are often described as synthetic, functional mimics of them. Exosomes are natural, cell-derived vesicles, while LNPs are artificially engineered carriers. Exosomes are often called "nature's lipid nanoparticles" because they perform similar functions, like delivering mRNA. (source)
  • Stem Cells vs Exosomes: (source)
    • Stem cell-derived exosomes are generally less immunogenic than cells (i.e. Stem Cells). Thus, “off the shelf” products may readily be developed using exosomes with negligible immunogenicity.
    • Stem cells require special care and processing, which is much less rigorous for exosomes because they are not cells. Exosomes can be frozen and stored without cryo- preservatives with no loss in their biochemical activities. They can also be lyophilized.
    • Stem cells have the potential to transform into other cells, including oncogenic cells. Exosomes lack this capacity (safer), but may be modified in various ways to affect cargo and delivery.
    • MSC Exosomes are much safer and more effective than Stem Cells.  *Harvard Library: Exosomes and Their Therapeutic
      Potentials of Stem Cells (CLICK)
    •  Stem Cells have important applications where they are the preferred tool. ex. Spinal & Intrathecal Biologic Protocol - they can undergo endoneural differentiation inside the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) environment.
    • We have both 351(a) and 361 labeled Exosomes.
  • SERVICES: We offer comprehensive exosome training, protocols, onboarding, and consulting to ensure clinicians bring Exosomes to their practice smoothly and effectively. From understanding proper handling to integrating the therapy into care pathways, our training support turns innovation into everyday clinical impact.
  • Not all exosomes are created equal. Are they consistently compliant including being SAFE, PURE, and POTENT?
